    When will we see a successor to VL3X? I love it, but would also love a 'VL4X'! ... | Vocal Effects

    I made my latest album on the VL3X, and love it!  

    But I can think of some cool upgrades... for example to be able to record AND have the looper at the same time.

    Harmony G-XT | Vocal Effects

    I first purchased this in 2008, and I loved the fact that the first Harmony voice is more prominent than the second. However, about a year ago the Harmony "on/off" footswitch began to act erratically, understandable I suppose considering how often it gets pressed and how many gigs I've played with it. I purchased another unit and, to my chagrin, the Harmony voicings are equal volume!  It's changed the whole nature of my act. Does anyone know why this happened?  Also, I'm in the process of trying to get a replacement switch for my original unit and am having trouble finding one, my first request to support has gone unanswered. Any help is appreciated.

    Play acoustic turn knob | Audio and Effects Plug-Ins

    Hello, my play acoustic turn know wheel will not move any parameters, it even feels more loose than ever. Is it repairable? I can't be withou5 it due to scheduled gig, can parts be ordered for hom3 repair?

      Muso2 Hi,

      I’m confused how to set up VL3extreme. The equipment I currently have is Taylor 714ce acoustic electric guitar, shure 57beta mic, VL3E and Fishman loudbox performer.

      I want to be able to play mic and guitar through the vl3e. Is it possible to run it all through my fishman amp or do I need to buy a mixer and speakers? Where do I connect it through fishman if this is possible.

       What gear would you recommend I get if fishman option not possible. I want to get voice and guitar working for VL3Extreme,

      PetGerbil Can you plug acoustic guitar and mic into vl3, take the main XLR outputs from Vl3 into the mic and guitar inputs on the Fishman amp and set the Vl3 to "Dual Mono" outputs.? (making sure there's no "phantom power" on the Fishmans inputs.)

    Good day. I have a question. According to the manual, the monitor setting option should be available in the menu on page 3/10 aux in type. I only have the option to live and track. Monitor is missing. Can you advise me please?

    Mp 85 microphone where is it? | Vocal Microphones

    What has happened to the release of the mp 85 vocal microphone? I have been waiting since Christmas for this thing to come out. can't find it anywhere, can't order it anywhere. why have a product on your site no one can buy in US? ..furthermore why discontinue the MP 75 and 76  don't give us a replacement and leave us with nothing to operate our vocal processors/ harmony pedals? Just crazy and bad business. My mp 75 is  starting to sound not so good. What gives? You have it listed as available on Sweetwater in the United States. but they have never heard of it ..I've talked  to several salesman.

    Hi! My TC Helicon Voicelive Touch 2 screen is broken. Some curious can recommend me if there is a fix, or if there is any software to view? (I can't see anything, but the touch keyboard works.) I appreciate the help. Thanks!

      If the screen is actually broken, then please send a ticket to our Service Team and they can book the unit in for repair. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you.

    So, Ive seen demos of the VL3X use a talkbox preset so you can do Joe walsh, Peter Framton, even Jerry Cantrell Man in The Box without a wah pedal. When I go to the guitar bank and and to the preset I get nothing. What gives? Anyboy know how this works? same thing occurs with vocoder preset. zilch nada . Apprecite any help. Unfortunately there are no tutorials for this on YouTube by anyone or by The TC helicon  demo guys

    Wrong/missing power adapter for my GoXLR | Digital Mixers

    Hello,

    Proud new owner of a GoXLR.  Opened the box and the only power adapter plug included was a European/UK version.

    I don't want to return this unit but going to be forced to unless someone can take care of this.

      Nigel67 Hi Jim. I can only apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact the shop that you purchased the unit from and ask them to supply the correct adapter or replace the unit with another one which does have the correct adapter. Many thanks. However, if you are in the USA for example and you purchased the unit from a European/UK seller, then the unit would not have included a USA plug adapter and your best option would be to purchase something like a travel adapter.
